Essential Requirements:
A strong ability to motivate and improve the clinical standards within the facility
An effective operational understanding of the Aged Care Funding Instrument (ACFI)
Strong business and financial acumen
Demonstrated experience in team building and creating a positive workplace morale
Current national police clearance or in the process of acquiring
Desired Requirements:
A minimum of 2 years aged care career experience as a RN Div 1
Be confident and have a strong knowledge of accreditation compliance
This position would suit a manager with a well balanced combination of business acumen and a firm but fair approach to people management.
