A strong track record of Aged Care experience as a RN Div 1 within Australia (No timewasters please)
An effective operational understanding of the Aged Care Funding Instrument (ACFI)
Be confident and have a strong knowledge of accreditation compliance Good leadership / supervisory skills
A flexible approach to working hours
Current national police clearance or in the process of acquiring
Current registration with the relevant regulatory nursing body
